Well-known anti-vaxxers people who died of Covid-19

 

During the epidemic, a multinational movement on social media opposed to Covid-19 vaccines and restrictions developed, frequently muddied with conspiracy theories and deadly misinformation. Now, some dedicated activists are taking a different approach, organizing internet dating, house shares, and potentially even blood banks for the unvaccinated. Some famous anti-vaxxers died because of not taking the vaccination, for that, they believe that the vaccination is just a strategy to brainwash people or untrusting the substance that the vaccine is made of.

In this article, I have gathered some of the popular anti-vaxxers who died because of Covid-19.

1-KRISTEN LOWERY

Lowery left four children behind. Lowery, 40, was a social media icon, espousing her anti-mask and anti-vaccine ideas, which drew a lot of attention. Lowery described herself as a "free thinker" who wished to "give a voice to the vaccination harmed." According to the Daily Mail, she died last week in September, leaving behind four children. Lowery allegedly posted anti-vaccination information on Facebook before her death, portraying herself as an "ex-vaxxer."

2-STEPHEN HARMON

Harmon, a 34-year-old Los Angeles resident, criticized Covid-19 vaccinations. "I've got 99 problems, but a vax ain't one," Harmon stated in a June tweet. According to the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, he died of the virus on July 21, 2021.

3-HAI SHAULIAN

Hai Shaulian, another well Israeli anti-vaxxer, died of COVID-19 on Monday (September 13, 2021) morning at Wolfson Medical Center in Holon, Israel. According to the anti-vaccination campaigner, "there is no epidemic; the vaccine is unneeded and hazardous."

4-MARC BERNIER

Bernier, a talk radio Presenter in Daytona, Florida, branded himself “Mr. Anti-Vax” in December, assuring his listeners that “I'm not taking it.” Bernier died after contracting COVID-19, and his death was announced by his radio station, WNDB, which had awkwardly recognized his on-air "anti-vaccine" commentary immediately before his death.

5-Farrel Austin

Farrel Austin Levitt, better known as Dick Farrel, was an American conservative television personality and anti-vaccine activist who died at the age of 65. The Newsmax radio host spent his final weeks claiming that the vaccine is "Bogus B*** s**t," referring to the pandemic as a "SCAM DEMIC," and claiming that the delta variant is an elaborate ruse orchestrated by Dr. Anthony Fauci, whom he called a "power tripping lying freak," to keep Americans fearful for their lives.

6-  Herman cain

Herman Cain, an ex-presidential candidate who refused to wear mask, he believed that Covid-19 was all a conspiracy. However, many of his followers rejected the advice of public health experts and refused to wear masks, which can prevent the spread of the virus. Harman once twitted saying “Masks will not be mandatory for the event, which will be attended by President Trump. PEOPLE ARE FED UP!”.

The World Health Orginisation is recomending people to wear a mask, and keep 1 m distance between you and  individual to prevent the spread of the pandemic. Make sure to wash your hands often to keep yourself safe and your beloved family.
